Montreal Book Launch Photos

by matt on August 30, 2008

The Montreal book launch was lots of fun. I did a 20 minute talk about Korean cartoon culture and then signed books into the night.

I didn’t realize until afterwards, but A LOT of people showed up. Thanks to everyone who came – or wanted to come, but couldn’t.

Check out more photos of the event at the D&Q shop blog.

Congratulations!!

I can’t wait any longer to have your book.

Can I buy from your site?

You’re “established” now. That means everything you create from now on must be superior to previous works or you’ll have morphed into a hack living off the crumbs of his intial success! Ain’t life grand?

Oh and uh, congratulations.

That’s an amazing turnout! Did you draw a picture in everyone’s book that you signed?

FHNavarro – Hopefully I’ll have some signed books available on this site this week. But maybe not. I’m not sure how this works with the direct market.

Lyon – You are priceless.

Alex – Yes, I drew in all of them. It was fun!
