TCAF is (almost) now!
August 15th, 2007

This weekend is the Toronto Comic Arts Festival. If you’re in or around Toronto come check it out - it’s sure to be awesome. This year, the show is not behind Honest Ed’s - it’s at Old Victoria College.
Here are some more things:
I’m sitting with Mister Johnny Martz (apparently near the entrance?). Come say Hi and throw some love in our direction.
Karl and Brenden will be there too. Karl is doing a special panel on webcomics on Saturday with the Transmission-X all-stars - and Brenden’s band, Ragni is playing a show Saturday night at Sneaky Dee’s.
Ragni is playing at Sneaky Dee’s with Kupek - who is actually Bryan Lee O’Malley. Mr O’Malley has a pretty good comic called Scott Pilgrim, but his music is awesome too. Really awesome. So I’m kinda looking forward to that show.
There’s also whole crew of thugs heading down from Montreal - Salgood Sam, Billy Mavreas, Rupert Bottenberg, and Andy Brown. Us Montrealers are on a mission to turn Toronto into Montreal. We’ll be the ones playing tam-tams all day Sunday.
There are many incredible events this year (kudos to Chris and Peter at the Beguiling for putting this together) - too many for me to list - so check out the full events schedule.
