Ojingogo nominated for an Expozine Award

This is pretty cool!

Announcing the inaugural Expozine Alternative Press Awards Gala!

Each of the more than 200 Expozine participants were asked to submit their best creation for consideration for the prizes. An extensive shortlist was selected and made public by the Expozine organizing committee. Following are the English finalists:

horror perditii by Amanda Crawford
Mocking Irony by Edward Bak
Revolver by Salgood Sam
Big Questions #7 by Anders Nilsen (Drawn & Quarterly)

Join us on March 22, 2006 at the Mainline Theatre, 3997 St Laurent, at 9pm to hear the announcement of the winners! The event will feature Montreal’s favourite air band Never Surrender, master of ceremonies Jean Giscagne plus some surprises! Admission is free.

Because I happen to live in Montreal, I’ll be attending.
