Ojingogo nominated for an Eisner
I’m still in a state of disbelief. But there it is in the press release. I’m also thrilled to be nominated along-side my buddy, Kazu, who was given a nod for his comic, Copper:
This year’s judges added a new category, Best Digital Comic, for which they nominated six webcomics: Steve Bryant’s Athena Voltaire, Peter Branting’s Bento & Starchky, Kazu’s Copper, Les McClaine’s Jonny Crossbones, Brian Fies’s Mom’s Cancer, and Matt Forsythe’s ojingogo.

Absolutely stunning news! This was out of the blue?!?!
Not many days you wake up to find out you’re nominated for an Eisner — that must have been quite the feeling.
Looks good on you, Matt!
