In most Japan schools, school lunch is provided. The students are the ones that dish it out themselves. Here is a photo of the first graders serving their lunch.

ok, so.. the whole face mask thing. i know that the japanese feel that it’s polite to wear one if you’re sick. here, all the kids are wearing them! are they all sick? or does it have to do with the lunchtime / serving food thing?
